Today is the day. If you’re an avid indie twitter fan then you’ll be familiar with the legend that is Jack Winstanley and you might have heard what’s recently happened. For those of you who don’t know, Jack recently had his mental health take the better of him and on 7th March was rushed into the intensive care unit at King’s College Hospital. So far he’s made a massive improvement in his recovery but Jack’s friends and family have set up a gig  tonight in celebration of him, to raise money for his care, Samaritans Suicide Hotline and Kings Hospital ICU.

With the gig being only £5 it would be rude not to head on down to Kamio, London and show your support. Some amazing bands have gotten on board with the gig. Kicking the night off is Hotel Lux, followed by Sorry (FKA Fish), with Bloody Knees headlining. An added bonus of a Swim Deep DJ set to carry you through to 2am is required of course.

If you’re unfortunate enough to not be able to attend the gig, show your support to the cause but donating some money to the already amazing fund set up by the sweetheart that is Maisy Farren; fyi they’ve raised over triple their target so far, incredible.
