Hailing from Huddersfield, indie rockers Courtyards are our latest band to watch. From supporting Pleasure House and The Carnabys to having recent single Go Down played on BBC Introducing in Lancashire the four piece are constantly busy.

Earlier this year saw them headline hometown venue The Parish playing to a large crowd which they felt really allowed them to showcase their new tunes; which we hear are being recorded as we speak. The boys are set to release their next track early 2017 so keep an eye out on their Facebook and Twitter for more info, and until then check out Disarray, which is a personal favourite of mine. We’re hoping to see them play London/Brighton dates in the near future but for now, any Northerners can catch them playing in Sheffield, Stacksteads and Whitehaven this month.
